Yoga: What Brings Me to My Mat

Yoga has been around for centuries.  It’s been gaining steam as of late as a fitness outlet. However, people head to their mat for a variety of other reasons.  Thanks to @chrisfreytag, I shared what brings me to mine…



I did it.

I finally started a blog.

Hopefully, I can share things with you that can enhance your life: a nugget of knowledge, a recipe, a fitness suggestion, something to make you smile.  After all, we only live once, so why not make this life optimal?  Moderation will yield positive results.  Don’t rob yourself of anything.  Drink lots of water and don’t forget to breathe!

So, take a minute to stop and notice something incredible each and every day.
