The spiral vegetable cutter, of course! It’s amazing. Given to me by my sister-in-law, brother and niece, it has changed the way I eat zucchini and squash. What I really like about it is that it’s essentially foolproof. You literally just need to spin your squash for thin or thick ribbons. You can use it to make faux pasta dishes, salads or decorations. To be fair, I haven’t used it with other vegetables but the website suggests carrots and potatoes as well. Continue reading
